The Enemy Of A Man

They go from strength to strength; every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. -PSALM 84:7 (KJV)

The Father of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ is the God of continuity. He ordains progression for us. He wants us to move forward in life and possess more territories; do greater works and attain higher grounds in every sphere of life. But how long and frequent do we show up in His presence to be injected with the where withal? How often do we draw strength and inspiration, knowledge and hidden ideas from the Lord we serve? They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. - Isaiah 40:31

In John 3:8 Christians is likened to the wind which bloweth where it listeth, and thou heareth the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and wither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. (KJV) We are called to live supernaturally in this natural world. What an enviable grace is granted us as Children of the Most High to operate from above, in the superlative realm.

We lead and others follow our example. We are His lively examples raised up to speak the mysteries of God; and shine as light in this perverse generation. Nothing should hold you back or down in the way of progress. Not even Satan should stop your advancement but you have an enemy that knows you more than anyone else. He doubts and debates the Word of God for you. He is responsible for your dream failures.

That enemy is a strong man with the capability of pulling you down if you don't bring him under. He is the one who appears before you each time you look into your mirror. He is weak and nonchalant in the things of God. He is slothful in the spirit and indulges in disobedience to God. He is slow to learn, act before asking, quick to speak, not patient with his Maker. He assumes and boasts itself against the knowledge of God.
